Our Story

Bridge and Bloom was created as a safe space for parents and caregivers to receive the support and guidance, navigating neurodivergence. Whether it be practical strategies, or just a safe space and community to connect with, Bridge and Bloom are with you, because you don’t have to navigate this journey alone

The Founder

Meet Mollie

Hi, I’m Mollie, the founder of Bridge & Bloom. I’m a mum of two beautiful children, Teddy and Poppy, a teacher, and someone deeply passionate about supporting families of neurodivergent children.

Professional Background

  • For over 10 years, I’ve worked in specialist education settings supporting children with diverse learning and developmental needs.
  • I have taught students from Foundation through to Year 12.
  • I hold a Bachelor of Education (Primary) and a Master of Inclusive Specialist Education from Deakin University.

Lived Experience

My passion for this work is personal. I grew up with a younger brother on the autism spectrum, which shaped my understanding of neurodiversity from a young age.

In 2022, after welcoming my first child, Teddy, I began navigating my own journey as a parent when he was identified with a developmental delay.

Balancing motherhood, teaching, and postgraduate studies gave me a deep understanding of how overwhelming systems, diagnoses, and support pathways can feel.

Families need someone beside them who understands both the professional world of education and the lived experience of parenting.

Our Mission

Bridge & Bloom was created to offer guidance, understanding, and practical strategies so families feel empowered, supported, and less alone.
