Bridge and Bloom Consulting

1. Overview

By engaging with Bridge and Bloom Consulting, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are designed to create a clear, respectful, and supportive working relationship.

2. Services

Bridge and Bloom Consulting provides:

  • Parent/caregiver support and strategies
  • Behaviour and communication support guidance
  • Sibling support and family-focused strategies
  • Resources, tools, and general guidance
Important: Services are collaborative and strategic in nature and are not a substitute for medical, therapeutic, or crisis support services.

3. Travel

Services may be delivered online or at an agreed location such as the clients home or community setting.

  • Travel fee’s may apply for in-person services.
  • Travel within 10km of Lara is included.
  • Travel beyond this area will incur an additional fee of $0.99 per km.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and honest information
  • Use strategies at their own discretion
  • Seek additional professional support where needed
  • Outcomes will vary for each family, and no guarantees are made.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment is required prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed
  • Packages must be used within a 2 month time period, post signing service agreement, unless otherwise agreed.
  • Prices are subject to change with notice

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  • Late cancellations or missed sessions may result in forfeited sessions.
  • Emergency situations will always be considered with care.

7. Communication Boundaries

If your services include “The Support Line” package:

  • Responses will occur within an hour. Please note; Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays I will be unavailable from 9am-3pm and will endeavour to respond pre and post these times.
  • This is not a crisis service
  • Support is limited to agreed hours and platforms

8. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not provided for change of mind.
  • Partial refunds may be considered in exceptional circumstances.
  • Unused sessions in packages are non-refundable unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bridge and Bloom Consulting is not liable for:

  • Decisions made based on shared information
  • Outcomes resulting from implementation of strategies
  • Indirect or consequential loss

10. Termination of Services

Services may be paused or ended if:

  • Boundaries are not respected
  • Communication becomes inappropriate
  • The service is no longer suitable for your needs

11. Updates

These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of services indicates acceptance of updates.
